P-O is the founder and Managing Director. P-O’s career spans more than 25 years split across senior global and UK roles in industry and professional services, having lived and worked in three countries across Europe and North America.

P-O's professional background encompasses a diverse range of industries, with particular expertise in Technology, Telecommunications, Media, FinTech, Consumer, and Manufacturing sectors. He finds great joy in collaborating closely with the executive leadership and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) teams, supporting organizations throughout their growth journey - from nascent startups to expanding mid-sized companies, and ultimately to globally listed enterprises.
His experience allows him to provide valuable insights and guidance as companies navigate the complexities of scaling their operations and governance structures. P-O's hands-on approach and deep understanding of industry-specific challenges make him an asset to organizations at various stages of development, particularly in sectors characterized by rapid innovation and regulatory change.
